Our 100-hour teacher training program in Bali is specifically curated to provide all the learners with a proper time frame to attend and enjoy various classes and practices briefly. As the day begins, you will have pranayama and meditation classes to center your focus and energy, followed by asana practice classes to build physical strength and bring flexibility to your body.
Teachings of yogic philosophy and ancient knowledge are also essential, which are included in our afternoon sessions along with some additional classes on anatomy and teaching methodology workshops that will give you a brief understanding of the human body and different techniques. After all this, your evening time may include outings, workshops, and a dedicated time for self-study and connection-building with fellow mates.

Food is the source of energy, the right type of food for particular work is needed to be taken. At Rishikesh Yog Temple, the diet chart is planned for our yoga students as per the schedule and level of hardness of yoga. The food is then prepared and served in a completely hygienic and clean environment. Food is classified as Sattvic, Rajasic, and Tamasic with respect to the effect they produce on the body.
In yoga, Sattvic Food Diet is considered the best. Consuming this kind of food keeps you energetic, light and enthusiastic. It further helps you in your day to day activities. Also, the food helps in triggering your emotions in a positive way.
