You will be served 3 yogic and nutritious meals daily. The school prepares healthy and yummy food, as well as shares ideas while cooking in a cosy environment. The place where the food is prepared is neat and clean, keeping in mind the hygiene factor. Lots of good stuff such as fresh vegetables, salads, fresh fruits, juices, and so much more are available in the kitchen of Rishikesh Yog Temple. Our chefs are experienced and are well aware of Sattvic and Nutritious meals.
Tea is also provided to our students. We make sure to provide enough energy so that you undertake every day's tasks and perform asanas well. Please note that if someone is having special requirement, such as vegan or more then we provide food and drinks according to that also.

Dump your all-day fatigue and restlessness and get indulge in the cosy environment. All the rooms are having attached washrooms, properly cleaned on a regular basis.
There are huge cabinets in rooms where you can put your luggage and other items. A side table is also given in each room to put your necessary items beside the bed. Two chairs with a table are given in the room so that you can sit and enjoy your free time.
There is also a balcony but not a private one.
Things available in your rooms include Clean bed sheets, Pillows, Bath towels, Toilet paper, Blankets, and Bath Soaps.
