Next, look forward and hold both your legs out making the right knee touch the left hip. Consequently, you need to make the left knee touch the right hip by crossing the legs with each other. Hands should be kept on the thighs with palms up and take a deep breath in and out.
The Uttanasana or the camel pose aims to strengthen the spine. Also, it can help to flatten the tummy effectively. The pose helps to strengthen the muscles and regulates the blood flow for healthy skin and filters out the toxins from the body for a radiant glow. It keeps the abdominal organs healthy and eases menstrual cramps.
For this, you need to kneel with your knees on the floor keeping the legs parallel to the floor. Keep your back straight and move the thighs inwards keeping your hands on the hips. Make your fingers Point downwards, bending the body to touch the heels backwards while holding up the chest. Stay in the position for a few seconds and repeat it 4-5 times.
Matsyasana or the Fish Pose is an easy pose that includes a back-bending pose. It is good for getting fresh and toned skin, giving natural radiance by improving blood circulation. For this, you need to sit in the Padmasana pose and gradually bend backwards by placing your head on the floor. Touch the ground with your head. Lift your chest upwards and hold it for a few seconds.
The Utthan Pristhasana or the Lizard Pose helps to relieve stress and improve the flexibility of the body. For this, you make a downward-facing pose. Then, keep the right foot ahead for a deep lunge and drop the knee towards the floor.
Keep your left foot away from your right foot and make it flat. Keep the long arms in a comfortable position and hold them for 20 seconds for a deep breath and step back slowly, changing the legs.
The Setu Bandhasana Sarvangasana or Supported Bridge Pose helps to improve the body’s stretch, strengthens the back and relieves stress. Lie down on the floor and keep your feet’s sole flat on the floor with your feet apart.
Press down your feet, hold up the hips and keep a yoga block vertically under your hips. Make the body comfortable and keep your hands down parallel to your face with your palms up with your ears.
